Eagle the eagle is the universal symbol for “Leadership”- although It is rare when you find them... great leaders often stand out from the rest and are magnificent to behold! This eye catching Eagle represents the “members” within our District. The eagle is looking upward, which signifies the eagle’s ascension to R.I.S.E!
Left Talon The eagle holds the “gavel” - In our organization, the gavel is a symbol of authority and every club around the world begins and ends their meetings with the “gavel”. On this coin, The gavel represents “communications.”
Right Talon The eagle holds the “torch” - The Torch represents “mentorship” leaders in district 29 often pass along their wisdom, guidance and best practices to help assist our members on their quest for greatness. Great leaders carry the torch to shine a light on the path.... for others to follow, thereby creating a legacy of excellence within our district.
Super “T” Shield the eagle is protected by a “super t shield” - this shield represents the
“confidence” the member achieves once they begin working through the organization’s educational program. each member who embraces and empowers themselves with the knowledge, skills and abilities gained from the educational program.....will soon become invincible!
Four Diamonds the four diamonds surrounding the eagle represents -the “4 core values” of our great organization! R-Respect for the Individual, I-Integrity, s-service to the member and e-dedication to excellence!
6 Stars found on the outer layer of the coin, represents the “top 6” leadership within district 29-the “top 6” are recognized as “stars” in our district ...who all work tirelessly behind the scenes, to ensure all members within the district are provided with the highest level of excellence they deserve! it is a privilege to shine among the “stars.” The “top 6” include; the district Governor, lieutenant governor education and training, lieutenant governor marketing, public relations officer, secretary and treasurer.
