Division E Governor, Gwen Talbot shares news of the CACI Chantilly Club that Cathy Khosrovian thanks Sue Alexander for sending model speaker Gary Edwards on March 13th. Winners May Washington-Daye (Int. Speech) and Jeff Beier (Evaluation) will compete at the Area contest on March 27th. Bill Echevarria took the initiative and invited two judges from other clubs.
